Return & Refund Policy

At Tickary, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some institutions require additional processing time. If the issue persists, contact your credit card provider as there may be a delay in their posting process. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and refund request for further investigation.
